I saw this thread and laughed to myself. Then I read the choices and damn! I realized he's been in some really good movies!

I picked The Terminator. I remember to this day how it blew me away when I first saw it. And I saw it on a whim!

What?!  No CONAN THE BARBARIAN?!!!!  Crom!!!!
I guess I'd go with Terminator.  He was much better as the villain as opposed to the hero in the sequels

laugh.gif CROM!

Close call between Total Recall and Terminator 1. I voted to Total Recall though.

Eastern Warlord: Conan! What is best in life?

Conan: Crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and hear the lamentations of their women.

I voted T2 but I gotta say Predator and Eraser follow very closely behind!

I miss the big lug - why the frig did he have to go become a dirty politician instead.

*line from Eraser whilst blowing up an alligator* "You're luggage!"

Also you forgot "End of Days" which was a great flick also. An odd scene but my favorite from that movie is when he gets woken up all hungover as hell and rummages around his kitchen chucking crap from moldy pizza to coffee to beer to pepto into the blender to make his "breakfast" drink.

Classic!

Well I thought most of his movies were flops except the ones that I listed above in the poll. Those I thought were the best ones of all basically.

Really? I don't think Total Recall or Running Man were good movies but I found some entertainment in them. However, Last Action Hero has no redeeming qualities in my opinion. And I'd put that kid that's in L.A.H. up there with some of the most annoying child actors in Hollywood

Commando! One of the funniest movies ever. The part where he recklessly drives his truck down a mountain gets me every time.

Matirx: "Sully, rememba how I promised to kill you last?...I lied"

Sully: "AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!"

Admit it: you have no idea what you're doing.

Do your parents know that you're using their computer?

My favorite one liner from that may have been "Let off some steam!" right before he impales the guy on a steam pipe.

Crap I miss Arnie so much now that we started to talk about it. I'll have to grab up all his movies as they are released on BluRay. I think Predator release is already skedded and I'll be picking that one up on release day - one of the best action flicks of all time.

I love the part where Bennett and Arnold are shooting at each other from behind walls. Arnold gets hit in the arm and Bennett says: "How's the arm, John?" to which Arnold responds with the greatest comeback ever: "Come over and find out!" His delivery is perfect. Arnold ruled so hard back then. Now we get "talk to the hand" in Terminator 3.
