  2. I lost interest after Love Gun but don't listen to any of them anymore.
  3. I made the two phone calls that I needed to make, now I can unclench my asshole.
  4. Emerson, Lake & Palmer - Emerson, Lake & Palmer
  5. What about the '80s albums like LICK IT UP and CREATURES??
  6. Yes it was, but Pionk did Lekhonen a favor later by putting one in for him. So it's even.
  7. Today
  8. I'm reminded of an old review of a Rush album in which the so-called critic mostly talked about Perry Farrell. I wish I could remember who it was and what album. I remember thinking, "You stupid TWIT...."
  9. This is of course mostly just word salad...meaningless and unsubstantiated and hardly even rising to the level of "opinion" (except for the critique of Geddy's vocals, which although I don't agree, I can understand). But it is interesting that the heavy metal crowd, even in 1981, felt disappointed by Rush's development. I thank god Rush didn't continue to sound like 2112 for the rest of their career - I'll take Signals over it any day of the week.
  10. Polish Cup final: Wisla 2 Pogon 1 after ET. Satrustegui ties the game in the 90+9 minute. Three minutes into extra time, Rodado makes it 2-1. I am drinking tonight.
  11. Celtics are moving on. .Derrick White leads another Celtics blowout to clinch Heat series 4-1 ♥ After ending the Miami Heat's season with a 118-84 victory in Game 5 at TD Garden on Wednesday night, the Boston Celtics are on to the second round where they'll face the winner of the first round series between the Cleveland Cavaliers and Orlando Magic.
  12. PS: I'd love to hear this dude attempt to play the 'simplistic' bass solo in TCE. Or...maybe not.
  13. Reads like it was written by an edgy 13 year old. LOL
  14. I think Jordan is the GOAT but Lebron has lived up to his hype.
  15. "Destroyer", KISS (one of the last decent albums from them)
  16. typical review for Rush back in those days. Totally useless and just terrible writing. they were just taking their cues from the taste makers of the time
  17. Yep. Dogs are working animals in a lot of places. Food in others. And in urban and suburban America, surrogate children.
