I tried making mujaddara, a Western Asian rice and lentil dish, for the first time. I don’t like the recipe that I tried, so I’ll try this one next. I’ll probably make it weekly since it’s so cheap, easy, and filling. It has a whopping 14 grams of protein.

I remember him more in recent years as a broadcaster though I recall how some of my family really thought he was a big deal at UCLA. Since 2012 when we started watching the PAC12 network , listening to Walton calls games was very entertaining. I am not a big basketball fan but he made the games fun even when they were boring. Gone too soon RIP
