Skipping the Bay Area!!! This sucks papa ass! LA here I come!

Arrrrrgh! The tour is right in the middle of my road trip with the lad. They start east and I'm west...and as I go east, they come west. C'est la vie!

ETA: Our route and timing takes us right through St. Louis on Sept. 28th... :fury:

Big news regarding the upcoming EP, folks!

(Zumbi, can you hep us out with this?)

At least I met them in Reno!! :P

I met them in Niagara Falls, including they keyboard player who I spoke to for a bit about how great I thought he was in Ghuleh/Zombie Queen.

HAHAHA!! I love you man!!! You beat me again!! The keyboard player is always the rare guy to meet!!!!!!!

He wasn't around in Reno.

One of my best buddies in Detroit met Ghost twice over the last several years. Keyboard player nowhere to be found!!!!!!!!

UGH!!!

YOU ARE LUCKY GHOST LOVER!!!

https://translate.google.com tells me this:

You thought you could record an EP between Meliora and tour the start, it became so?

- Yes, we know roughly half of what will be on it. But the important thing is that it should be really good, we did not want to drive a couple of cover songs just because we want it to be some value in them and any time we should be able to play them live. We have two that we have decided and it will be probably a new song. Then we will see if or what it will be more.

A semi-readable translated page can be seen here.

Saw them 2 weeks ago (opening for Iron Maiden) at the Waldbühne, Berlin. It was a bit strange to see them outdoors during daytime, but it was a good show. They played for about 50 mins and another strange thing was, that they closed the show with Mummy Dust. I read somewhere that they always do Monstrance Clock as the last song?!

Monstrance is usually the closer of a full show, with the "Come together as one..." sing=along.

Maybe because they were the opener they changed the set a bit. Monstrance is fine for them to close with when they're playing their own show in front of their own crowd. Closing with Mummy Dust seems to make a little more sense when opening for a band like Maiden.

How was the show? It sounds like a fantastic line-up.

Also, :hi:
