cygnify Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 I wonder if Friday might be a modified setlist to give them another shot at some songsAnother shot...what a good idea... Well, if Friday was supposed to be Setlist B, they would not play DEW, OLV, or Red Barch. You know they'd want at least two of those as do-overs!
tomhealey Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 Wow, many thanks to Peter. Did a great job tonight. Had the whole show (battery backup?), good sound quality, diverse shots, and best of all, I didn't get a crick in my neck from turning sideways. And, as I mentioned before, I always forgive singing. 3
TexMike Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 Maybe the combo of playing in front of home crowd AND filming was a little too much and made them jittery tonight. Sure hope Friday is better.
PolarizeMe Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 At least the 2nd set and encore from tonight is for the most part good enough to be included in the DVD/BluRay/etc. First set...a resounding no!
tomhealey Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 My "F*** You Puppet" shirt got a smirk from Alex in Chicago. 2
toymaker Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 What a great concert that was!!!!Glad someone other than my wife and I liked it! 1
bill1971 Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 Neil probably is already 100 miles away before realizing that the next show is in the same location. 9

Don't forget he brought a monkey too!
PolarizeMe Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 (edited) The boys rebounded well in the 2nd half. Hope the boys slay the first half on Friday. Other than that, t'was a good show despite the bumps here and there. Edited June 18, 2015 by PolarizeMe
YYZumbi Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 What a great concert that was!!!!Glad someone other than my wife and I liked it! Well people seem to be complaining to much on here... 1
cygnify Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 Neil probably is already 100 miles away before realizing that the next show is in the same location. Maybe he'll stay at his parent's house. In his old room. Same bed. Who poster on the wall. Rogers drum set with Ajax cymbals... lol 2
DirkPrattLerxst Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 I'll bet you that Friday's show will be much better considering how much of perfectionists they are. They're probably REALLY pissed about their performance tonight, so I'm betting they'll make sure to be on fire on Friday. Shake it off guys, everyone has bad shows :) 1

Shake it off guys, everyone has bad shows :) I really hope so, for their sake. They've had much better shows on this tour - they deserve a hometown show that they will be happy with (first & second sets!) 1
Tombstone Mountain Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 What a great concert that was!!!!Glad someone other than my wife and I liked it! Well people seem to be complaining to much on here...It's what they do.
WIDE-ANGLE WATCHER Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 They should record Las Vegas or Los Angeles and try and capture some magic for the DVD....Maybe redeem themselves a little from the first set in TO.
