Sting?

I tried to load the RS article, but it's too much.

Bingo. The man who wrote "Roxanne" and "Every Breath You Take" and "Message in a Bottle" and "Don't Stand So Close to Me" and "Every Little Things She Does is Magic". Not... on... the... list.

Stupid.

 What? My post? Or Sting not being on a list?

I don't think anybody really cares much about what Rolling Stone has to say. They haven't been relevant for decades now.

Stings does the ring tones on the Fallon show.

Can you imagine? At least the guy had his phone with him. How embarrassing would it be if they called a number and the person forgot their phone at home.

This was fukking amazing! I love the ABBA reference.

Oh and yes that one ringtone sounds like "Synchronicity." I called it before Jimmy said it sounded like a Police song.

Yes, I sent it to Seattle, and I am honored because most who sent something to Seattle weren't fortunate to get all three signatures. Many only got one or two.

Mick, what is it about him and the Police that you hate?

I just think it's bland music. it's not for lack of trying either. I put on an album. And my thoughts just wander. Also i'm just not a fan of Sting's Faux Jamaican accent.

Did you include a letter or anything? Or was it just Karma?

Funny how I called Pink Floyd "bland" on that other thread. Ironically I will always love Floyd and The Police.

No letter at all. Just a little post-it note to Liam asking him to please make a 61 year old lady happy and ask Rush to sign the enclosed.

I really am fortunate to have gotten all three to sign. Like I said, if you read the Autographs thread on the forum, so many either got their items back not signed, signed by one, or signed by two.

I love their early albums. I followed Sting up to Soul Cages ( which was a depressing album ) and a lost him after that.

I saw The Poilce twice. Once in 1980 on the Zenyatta tour at the Capitol Theater NJ then again a few years back at Giants Stadium for the reunion tour.

This video. They are on fire !!!
