Rosemary and olive oil...yeah!

And for breakfast every morning - 1/2 an asiago cheese bagel made at Panera Bread. Toasted!!! :ebert:

If a picture paints a thousand words,

Then why can't I paint you?

The words will never show the you I've come to know.

If a face could launch a thousand ships,

Then where am I to go?

There's no one home but you,

You're all that's left me too.

And when my love for life is running dry,

You come and pour yourself on me.

If a man could be two places at one time,

I'd be with you.

Tomorrow and today, beside you all the way.

If the world should stop revolving spinning slowly down to die,

I'd spend the end with you.

And when the world was through,

Then one by one the stars would all go out,

Then you and I would simply fly away

Baby, I'm-a want you

Baby, I'm-a need you

You the only one I care enough to hurt about

Maybe I'm-a crazy

But I just can't live without...

Your lovin' and affection

Givin' me direction

Like a guiding light to help me through a darkest hour

Lately I'm a-prayin'

That you'll always be a-stayin' beside me

Used to be my life was just emotions passing by

Feeling all the while and never really knowing why...

Lately I'm a-prayin'

That you'll always be a-stayin' beside me.

Used to be my life was just emotions passing by

Then you came along and made me laugh

And made me cry...

You taught me why...

Baby, I'm-a want you

Baby, I'm-a need you

Oh, it took so long to find you, baby

Baby, I'm-a want you

Baby, I'm-a need you

Um, bread? Unless I missed something... I am in love with Kristin Wiig though... even when she's looks like an in-bread crazy person. ("In-bread" ... get it?) Just trying to get back on course a wee bit. I'll go for my home-made twelve grain bread toasted on my woodstove, open fire.

I made French Toast with a loaf of fresh Challah over the weekend. Was yummy.

I love bread but I try and stay relatively low carb so I don't eat it often

I do the same. It's really been effective. I gave half the bread I made away to family, and the kids eat it. It's homemade so no garbage in it... I feel better about eating that kind of stuff on the rare occasion.

Well, I worked in a bakery for 5 years. Let me tell you, that will CURE you of any love for the smell of fresh-baked bread. I cannot stand the smell now - to me all I smell is stale beer. It also got really old really fast hearing EVERY customer say, "Oh, it SMELLS SO GOOD IN HERE! HOW DO YOU STAND IT???"

I do like bagels, though. Sesame. And not those frozen Lender's pucks, either. Real bagels. From a real Jewish deli.

Mara, I could only imagine the smell of that bread every day... mmmmmmm.... but, after five years... yuk. A buddy of mine worked in a KFC from age 13 to 22, bought the place at 23, then sold it at 44. To this day, if he even DRIVES BY a KFC, it's 50 - 50 that he pukes. Five years later, "I can still smell it in my goddam hair!"

I love Sourdough bread.

For me (when I eat bread at all), it depends on the sourdough. Some is just much TOO sour. About 20 years ago Hardee's had a bigass bacon cheeseburger served on thick sourdough toast. As inauthentic as I'm sure it was, it was DAMN good!

Hardee's is frickin' goooood. I haven't eaten at one in forever, but man I loved their hot ham and cheese sandwiches.

Hardee's got taken over by Carl's Jr and went to hell in a hurry.

You mean they were bought out but kept the name? That's too bad. There aren't any around me. They introduced this hellacious sandwich a few years back that I was interested in trying, but the closest one to me was probably 90 minutes away. I just couldn't justify the trip.
