See, the Dolphins came good at the end of the day, and the mighty Browns were tamed!

 Mighty sh*tty that is... Deja Vu "Same as it always was" Weeden blows ,STILL no Quarter Back since 1999.. Offensive line magnificently bad, No fullback, dropped passes by receivers (when they got there) The defense was ok along with tight end Jordan Cameron played well the only positive I can spin on another opening day debacle. And a tip of the hat to fellow GlenOak high school alumni Brian Hartline for the phins he looked razor sharp.

I still don't understand why they drafted Weeden, in another reality they drafted Russell Wilson.

Here in S Florida And in my home its split down the middle between Patriots and Dolphins. Paying the Phins no mind until they play the Patriots then we'll see what they are made of this year.

WTF Dolphins ?

We beat the Pats for you.

Good work Bengals, nice work in breaking Brady's TD streak at 52 games! Leaving Drew Brees with the record at 54!

Duck your Saints are looking good.

Three observations from the Fins game.

1) The NFL really needs to hire refs that understand what is, and more importantly, what ISN'T PI. One of the two Ravens TDs was a total gift based on two calls that were complete bullsh!t. Let the players decide the games, will ya?

2) Mike Wallace sucks. Between the drops and not being able to get his second foot down when almost every other WR in the league could on a key play was unconscionable.

3) We're not ready for prime time. The OL sucks, we can't run the ball, and Tannehill lost his poise wasting a down spiking the ball with a minute left and the ball at the 34. This proved to be costly when combined with yet ANOTHER time he held the ball too long and lost 5 key yards.

Bonus) Given how even teams are these days, the smarter team will win 99% of the time. And we're not the smarter team, by a long shot.

f***. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

We need to disband the whole f***ing franchise after this ridiculous debacle.

F*** F***. F***. No f***ing excuses for this sh!t.

God we f***ing suck. That was the most worthless display of "football" I've ever seen in my life. Losing to a worthless team like that at home, everyone should be fired, starting with Ireland. Tannehill is who I thought he was when we wasted a draft pick on him. Fire everyone involved with that f***ng embarrassing fiasco. There is no excuse ever to lose to a team of that caliber.

Go 3-13 and blow the whole f***ing thing up.

I'd rather watch the Jags than another second of that sh!t.

Amen, brother. It would be helpful if they also explained what the line of scrimmage is for purposes of this new idiotic "pushing" rule. And if they explained that in overtime, on a 56 yard field goal that no one believed the kicker was going to hit, when the said "pushing" played absolutely no role in the attempt, keep the flag in your pocket.

Baltimore dumps Bryant McKinnie on Miami

McKinnie

AP

The Dolphins have a load of problems on the offensive line. Coincidentally, the Ravens have a load they were looking to unload.

Jay Glazer of FOX Sports reports that the Ravens have shipped left tackle Bryant McKinnie to the Dolphins.

McKinnie has not played since the Ravens traded for Eugene Monroe. On Sunday against the Steelers, McKinnie was inactive.

McKinnie, the seventh overall pick in the 2002 draft, has had an up-and-down career, with arguably more down than up. He anchored the left side of the offensive line through the 2010 season, but he contributed to a major distraction with his role in the 2005 Love Boat fiasco (again, more down than up). Three years later, he was arrested in Miami on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest without violence. The incident resulted in a four-game suspension.

But the Vikings kept him, until he showed up after the lockout reportedly north of four bills. Minnesota promptly cut him, the Ravens signed him, and he did fairly well in 2011. Last year, McKinnie was meh for much of the year, but he got it together in the postseason.

He became a free agent, later re-signed the team, but presumably fell out of favor after a party bus incident last month that resulted in receiver Jacoby Jones reportedly being gashed in the head by a giant champagne bottle wielded by a woman know as Sweet Pea.

It became obvious that McKinnie was out once the Ravens acquired Monroe. The fact that the Ravens were able to actually trade him shows just how desperate the Dolphins, who have allowed 26 sacks in seven games, have become.

And now he goes to back to Miami, where he went to college and where his 2008 arrest occurred. What could go wrong?

"pushing"......"leaping"......"lined up directly over the center".......maybe they should just ban all defenders from the line-o-scrimmage when a FG is being attempted. :eh:

There you go. They could make it like a technical foul shot in basketball. Maybe they could even tell the crowd to be still and quiet like golf.
