Scott Weiland fired from Stone Temple Pilots

I think he did a great job in STP and Velvet Revolver (expect on the Van Halen covers when they inducted the band in the RRHOF - painful to watch!!!). As a person though, I imagine he´s tough to hang out with - that´s the case with most drug addicts.

I just saw that on the who gives it sh*t channel.

I saw that while flipping through channels - something about the grunge movement, and how the band has been "spectacularly irrelevant" for almost 20 years. I only caught a few seconds of it. It was a special correspondent form Seattle with greasy hair and a plaid flannel shirt on.

That's too bad. He's very talented and STP puts on a hell of a show. I saw them open for RHCP about 15 years ago :eh: and STP blew the doors off the joint. They were better than RHCP that night.

 

Velvet Revolver never did much for me.

STP was great in 1994 at cobo hall, but its been downhill steadily for stp and scott since then. He's about one step above Layne Staley. I say he doesn't make it to 50. Who's wants a wager via Paypal? (sorry, scott) :D-13:
