I've gone on a Dir En Grey rampage spree. This isn't good, Steven Wilson's pre-orders for the new album is happening soon and I better save up on it from now till it happens...

Dir En Grey - Arche (pre-order from Japan - Blu-Spec CD/bonus CD/bonus BluRay)

Dir En Grey - Withering To Death (won it on eBay for $3.25/rare US pressing with a bonus DVD)

Dir En Grey - Uroboros - With The Proof In The Name Of Living (Live CD/DVD)

Okay, barring any CDs/vinyls/etc. I might (if even) get for Christmas this year, these are most likely the last albums I bought/pre-ordered for 2014.

Animals As Leaders - The Joy Of Motion

Dir En Grey - Uroboros [Remastered and Expanded]

Dir En Grey - Dum Spiro Spero

And a drumroll please...

Steven Wilson - Hand.Cannot.Erase (deluxe limited edition, 2CD/DVD/BluRay) :haz: :haz: :haz: :haz: :haz: :haz: :haz: :haz: :haz:

Opeth - Roundhouse Tapes (CD+DVD)

Porcupine Tree - Stars Die: The Delerium Years 1991–1997

I know right?! Amazon UK are selling the box set for a third of the price I have seen elsewhere!

And your brother will be happy...

Isis - Panopticon

I'm gonna guess, it's the 10th anniversary remaster right? I hope you didn't spend quite a lot for an original pressing cause the remaster actually sounds better than the original. It's like $10 on Amazon.

I got around to lookin at the back of the album and it was issued in 2014.... so I guess I lucked out

Styx- The Grand Illusion

Styx- Pieces Of Eight

Came through the post today. I really, really enjoy these albums. Not sure about the rest of their work, but these are brilliant!

I gotta thank my mom and sis a ton for getting me these two for Christmas this year as these are two albums I've wanted for a while but I couldn't get around to cause I had other music priorities I needed to straighten out first before I could get through delving into these two bands more.

Yes - Close To The Edge (2013 Steven Wilson re-mixed CD/BluRay edition)

King Crimson - Lizard (40 Anniversary Edition/Steven Wilson re-mixed CD/DVD)

This last one was more of a present for myself for finding it incredibly cheap (only costed me $10 brand spanking new)

Dir En Grey - Dum Spiro Spero (American 2xLP vinyl pressing)

Damn, Isis must really love their fans because they've been spilling out vinyl reissue after vinyl reissue as of late...and they're winning at making me buy into their vinyl reissues.

Isis - Panopticon (2014 remaster on clear/blue vinyl)

I already have Panopticon on vinyl but it has the original master/mix. I guess I love Panopticon so much I want the remaster of it on vinyl as well.

Old Man Gloom - The Ape Of God

There's two OMG albums called The Ape Of God which can be really confusing since the cover art don't differentiate the two as either TAOG I or II. But judging on its track list, the catalogue number, and the iTunes name of the album when I imported it, the one I have is The Ape Of God "II"

Steven Wilson - Hand Cannot Erase

Vinyl and CD. Only vinyl I've ever pre-ordered.

I'm thinking of getting it on vinyl even though I already pre-ordered the deluxe edition. I don't have The Raven That Refused To Sing (And Other Stories) on vinyl either actually.

Lussuria - Industriale Illuminator (black vinyl)

SUMAC - The Deal (2xLP first press black vinyl)

I have to admit I'm quite surprised the record label pressed only 420 of the SUMAC vinyl...considering the people behind it, I'd think there'd be more than 420 of fans who'd be interested in it. Kinda disappointed it was only in black or clear for this pressing also (I probably wouldn't have pre-ordered the first day it went online if I knew they'd repress it in a different color so soon)...I'm getting kind of bored of owning black vinyls to be honest! :P
