Oberon
Awesome, Moon -- you're in for hours of fun with the Zappa, Gabriel and especially Franz Liszt records. D -- holy shit! For my part, I bought -- ah, boxing day! : - The Mars Volta - Scabdates - Porcupine Tree - Voyage 34 - Porcupine Tree - Stars Die: The Delerium Years - Peter Gabriel - Growing UP Live (DVD) The Peter Gabriel DVD kicks MAJOR ass. And so does the Mars Volta album. I'm a bit disappointed with Voyage 34, though, and I already had half the songs on Stars Die. I'm hoping to go to Montreal soon to waste all the remainder of my now-meagre pile of Christmas money at Freeson Rock (THE BEST MUSIC SHOP EVAR!! -- they specialize in prog-rock and metal) My brother bought SOAD's Toxicity and Mezmerize. madra sneachta
QUOTE (D-13 @ Dec 26 2005, 08:15 PM) The New Pornographers Twin Cinema D, I got Twin Cinema about a fortnight ago, and it's already one of my albums of the year. Absolutely brilliant. If you like it, I'd recommend Of Montreal - The Sunlandic Twins. Another classic from 2005.

He's up there with Geddy and Chris Squire if you ask me Yeah, he's one of my all time favourites... this album is very good, in my opinion... but a lot of people might buy it and not get what they expected (like I did, but I still love it). So, if you're thinking about buying it, definitely sample some tracks online first.
