Gompers
Just another neat web find. Link These are very cool. The description of how they were generated is also very cool as they were taken before color film was available. I have to say one thing about these though, for some reason they are haunting to me. I can't explain it.

USB Connector
I saw this on Reddit a while ago. I can't believe that these are real. Look at the quality of these color pictures. It just seems impossible that such beautiful photographs were taken so long ago.
workingcinderellaman
They are cool. Sometimes it's hard to imagine that the world had color back then.

Bastille Dave
i think they are colorized black & white photos, but I still think they are awesome.
drbirdsong
They are not colorized black and white photos. Read the description. They are primitive RGB color, the same thing your computer uses.

The people were poor as f**k back then and had to work all day. They're weapons against other armies in WWI included rocks.
BeOhBe Bob
I left the dog sleeping by the river pic up for Diane this morning and she called and thanked me for leaving such a beautiful image up on the screen, and where did you get it? 1 of the 7
Wow. How alive they look! The people, their dress, and the buildings are obviously from a diffrent place and time, but the less mountainous surroundings look like they could be right around here.
