go2wrk@95974 Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 Right now, my favorite hobby is swimming. I've been doing 30-35 lap's a day in my pool, since about late july...I'm slowly getting into the best shape of my life..and for a guy who just turned 53, that's sayin' something. it's not easy. My goal is to have a totally flat stomach, and abs within 1-2 months. Since my pool is not heated, it's gettin' colder and colder by the day. it's a shock the first 4 or 5 laps, but then you get used to it. Anyway, I'm forcing my way in the pool every day, no mater what..even if it's 45 degrees! 1
JohnnyBlaze Posted October 6, 2012 Posted October 6, 2012 (edited) QUOTE (Mara @ Sep 26 2012, 06:03 AM) Mahjong Titans (really more of an addiction) What's that? Anything like the traditional game of mahjong?...which is THE game played at Blaze family gatherings. During those gatherings, members take turns at the mahjong table (or we have 2 tables set up, 4 people at each). PapaBlaze is talking crap and intimidating opponents, MamaBlaze is complaining that she's not getting good tiles to win, and every Blaze bro stuffs his face with meats and treats as he tells PapaBlaze to stop cheating and talking his crap. It's not my hobby but it's good family fun. Edited October 6, 2012 by JohnnyBlaze 1

thesweetscience Posted July 18, 2017 Posted July 18, 2017 (edited) I keep tropical fish. I am starting to pick up golf again. I play tennis. I like to shoot skeet with my shotgun or punch paper with one of my handguns at the gun range. when the weather is bad, I like to put together jigsaw puzzles. I enjoy yard work. Mowing, pruning flowerbeds. I like it when the outside of the house looks sharp. Edited July 18, 2017 by thesweetscience 4

FPV is very disorienting and I can't see things in the video goggles well enough to fly like that. I probably just need more time to do it. I do have a nephew who can fly through the trees like that. 1
