I'm trying to cut back on caffeine in general (gotta step away from the Diet Coke button at the soda fountain..) but even before I didn't drink a ton of coffee. Have one in the morning when I get up...2 or 3 in the morning at work and maybe one more in the afternoon. Normally nothing at home after work. sullysue Posted February 22, 2012 Share Posted February 22, 2012 I really, really like coffee. Probably to an unhealthy degree. I'd drink it until I had seizures, if I could. But, I know how obnoxious I get when I have too much caffeine, so I keep it to three cups in the morning and no more caffeinated beverages for the rest of the day.
