This part of town has had such a rich and fabulous history until this guy went on a tangent and painted, in broad strokes, a brooding negativity on everything". At this point, Neil looked alienated and began stammering. He began repeating under his breath "there's no place like home. There's no place like home". All of a sudden- as if a light-bulb flashed above his head- he began beaming brilliantly with warmth and positivity, and was bristling with energy. "I can see! I can see!", he exclaimed, and turned around and ran into his penta-million dollar home. I peer into his window before leaving and see him anxiously pull out an album with a tsunami scene on the front cover, with a beauty- smiling with innocence- and a gleaming man waving from a bus stop. I see Neil pull out the album's insert and touch the lyrics with his trembling fingers, while simultaneously reading, at moments laughing like a man reborn. "Yes. Yes!!...I finally see the visible light spectrum!......And so it begins....Permanent Waves, two point 0".
