micgtr71
QUOTE (treeduck @ Apr 16 2011, 10:26 AM) So basically the new Yes album is return of the Drama line-up +1... From what I've read Horn appears on one song, a version of a song they did live back on the drama tour. I guess it's extended to be quite a bit longer. tjtull
QUOTE (rushgoober @ Apr 14 2011, 03:45 PM) I love Machine Messiah and especially the incredible Tempus Fugit. Beyond that, I've yet to be impressed, and I am NOT a camera. I agree. I bought this one when it first came out, played it to death for a while but grew tired of most of the songs. I haven't listened to it in years but I can still hear the songs when I think of them...and I'm not compelled to put it on (I don't even own a copy of it right now). I even passed on buying a copy of the vinyl on Record Store Day, though I did get Going for the One on vinyl that day. I guess I'm not a camera either

Weatherman2112
QUOTE (micgtr71 @ Apr 16 2011, 08:40 AM) QUOTE (Tarkus406 @ Apr 15 2011, 05:57 PM) Into the Fricken Lens kicks ass. Love the whole Drama album, despite the lack of Anderson. Wait, did someone say Geoff Downes is back in YES?! Yes, Geoff Downes is back in Yes. Should be pretty interesting. Drama is one of the most underrated albums. Does it Really Happen knocks me on my ass when it comes back in and Squire knocks it out of the park with that little solo. I just saw then a few weeks ago and he wasn't with them then. By the way, it was great to see Stave, Chris and Alan play again, but it was NOT the same without Jon and Rick. I would NOT see them again with this line-up...period.

I just saw them 4th row for $40! Are you looking at the meet & greet price? They had that here for $300+. I was so close, that was my meet & greet. Right in front of Steve Howe! He's just too good. I got 2 tickets for Indy lower pavillion $136 + $35 ticketbastard charge Only time I saw Yes was in '84 with Rabin, so It will be cool to finally see Steve Howe , and who knows maybe he'll grab a hatchet and run around like Eddie (Iron Maiden) since they look similar. Akron162
Yes without Anderson and Wakeman is not Yes, sorry. I dont ganna say nothing about the music, there are good songs for sure, but the problem is that all the album fells like a lie, seems like a total diferent band. If they change their name as well, i would have no problem.
