You can indeed eat a reasonably healthy meal at Wendy's. I used to get a side salad (brought my own dressing - nerdy, I know), a plain potato, and some chili as a fairly regular lunch when I worked next door to a Wendy's. Wendy's have lot's of great burger's like 1/4 pound single, 1/2 double, bacon delux single,baconatter single and double, along with many more. They're burger's are unique/different because they are square instead of round..plus they're buns are old-fashoned and soft...really tasty stuff.They also have natural -cut fries with sea salt.They're malt's and shakes are legendary. I couldn't get home after school so I had to walk to wendy's and wait to be picked up there, every day. I was given a dollar for a dollar burger and that was it. But it was disgusting. When I had fries, I could've sworn the manager farted on them, and the meat is about an inch wide and a micrometer thick...a nickel is probably bigger, and tastier. All there is in those burgers is bread and ketchup and the ketchup tastes like toothpaste... Frosties however are decent... Bk I rarely eat and it's decent I guess but blech. Gotta go with Wendy's. It may not be the best for you, but a .99 double stack and a .99 chocolate Frosty from the value menu make a great $2 lunch!
