Presto-a RUSH fan!
This is awesome. I just saw this on RIAB. Alot of great info from Geddy! I love these quotes the most: "Tobogganing is fun but safety comes first, don't be a hero, pick a hill that's not too steep. "Small children and people worried about their brain, should always wear a helmet" "...hand your toboggan to your roady to take back up the hill"

garbo
I saw it a while ago and it's still magical and true for us northerners every day of the week. Although, I have to contend with Geddy: the bigger hills are way better! And I totally need roadies. My back is getting old to be running up snowy hills. CMWriter
The first time I saw this I (A) laughed my butt off and (B) felt the sudden urge to retrieve the toboggan from the garage and rush to the hill behind my house... But unfortunately, it hasn't snowed here yet. And there aren't many big hills (Nebraska.. haha plains state). It's kind of cheesy but the advice is actually legit. :D
Presto-a RUSH fan!
QUOTE (Jean Simmons @ Nov 30 2010, 11:12 AM) This is so old... Sorry, I had never seen this and thought it was funny and some people may have missed it. Regardless of how "old" it is, the information is timeless! "Small children and people worried about their brain, should always wear a helmet" Makes me laugh every time I watch it.

It's Canadian sarcasm at its best! (although some of those should be taken seriously. Don't put your tongue on metal poles, etc. I learned that from my mom and A Christmas Story)

1 of the 7
My BF sees this and worries that it's going to MAKE kids want to stick their tongues on metal. I argue it'll scare them from doing it, but he might be right
