Packers take advantage of the biggest choke in Cowboy history, maybe in NFL history...

Um youd have to compare that to the Cowboys other, and specifically Romos, chokes. Fumbles, fed up placeholders, INTs... hahahaaa. Choke-o-rama!

The NFC East is a complete f***ing joke now. Sad.

As much as I'd like to relive those chokes, the only one that could possibly compare is when he threw two pick sixes vs the Lions a couple of years ago It was about 300 to 50 in yardage in the first half and they were up 26-3. Then two picks (and a dropped third) in the fourth quarter. Just hilarious...

On second thought, it's probably not fair to put all the blame on Romo...there were likely to have been some negative externalities involved. :)

The biggest choke in NFL history is most probably the Houston Oilers blowing a 35-3, THIRD-quarter lead to the Buffalo Bills in the '93 playoffs. If memory serves, much of the coaching staff was fired the next day.

Packers 37

Cowboys 36

Packer QB Matt Flynn.........remember him? The guy who everyone said was a bust, who got cut from three teams, and was said to have a weak arm? Flynn is BACK, baby....and he took great personal satisfaction in helping the Packers earn their greatest comeback victory in the history of the franchise.

Down 26-3 at the half, the Packers came back out and didn't blink. They took it to the overconfident(?) Cowboys and scored FIVE straight touchdowns......and meanwhile, the thought-to-be-overmatched Packer defense stepped up and made killer plays, including magnificent interceptions by Sam Shields and Tramon Williams late in the game. A heavy dose of rookie RB Eddie Lacy, along with clutch catches by the wide receivers, made life miserable for the Dallas defense. Armchair coaches everywhere are wondering why the Cowboys didn't run the ball more in the 2nd half, as their constant passing led to incompletions, a frequently stopped clock, sacks and turnovers.

Packer Coach Mike McCarthy was reported to have said to his players at halftime, "OK, men, we've got 'em right where we want them!" Boy, did they EVER!!!

Also by a backup QB.

Yes, sports fans, it's the NFC "I don't want it, YOU take it!" Division Championship Game!! Two evenly matched, bumblin', stumblin', fumblin' teams from the Great Midwest will go at it to see who will lose in the Wild Card round of the NFC Playoffs. Beseiged by key injuries, up and down play, and a scorching case of disrespect by the rest of the NFL, these once proud teams are eager to get this season OVER AND DONE!!

Green Bay Packers 33

Chicago Bears 28

The return of Aaron Rodgers and RANDALL COBB brought forth a classic, CLASSIC game between the arch-rival Packers and Bears. Desperate for a win, which would win the NFC North and earn them a berth in the playoffs, both teams slugged it out like true heavyweight champions. Both teams traded punches all game long, but when the dust and snow cleared, the bloodied Packers stood, once again, as NFC North Champions.

Give credit to Jay Cutler and da Bears' offense, as they took it to the injury-plagued Packer defense, and looked like they had the game in hand. Alas, Aaron Rodgers was not to be denied his revenge against the team that put him out of action for two months. Rodgers shook off two early INT's and masterfully led his team to an unforgettable comeback win in the Windy City.

No matters what happens in the playoffs, this win will go down in Packer lore. What a crazy, crazy year for the Green & Gold!!

What a nailbiter of a game! Glad Aaron kept things

settled mentally to get that last TD! Time to ruffle some

Eagle feathers!!

Sorry, Eagles beat the Cowgirls. The GB-Chicago game was a real battle! At the end there, trips left, Im screaming trips left, and one of Chicagos defenders... stayed in... what a play! Tight games today, entertaining!

So the Packers come back from the dead and Aaron Rodgers cashes in on the 2nd Matt Flynn era!

Methinks Rodgers and the Packers cashed in on many things: Flynn, the Lions being the Lions, da Bears being da Bears, but most of all, themselves.

No one on the Packer team quit. They kept fighting, even when it looked like they were all done, they kept fighting and believing in each other. Whatever happens in the post-season, the Green & Gold can be very proud of their 2013 NFC North Division Championship. They EARNED it..... :haz:

Brutal temps in which to be playing a hard hitting game.

I hope arms and legs don't crack and fall off.

This Sunday’s NFL Game in Green Bay: Coldest Ever?

January 3rd, 2014 by Roy W. Spencer, Ph. D.

The latest GFSx MOS temperature forecast is now -8 deg. F -10 deg. F for game time in Green Bay on Sunday evening for the playoff game between the Packers and the 49ers. This is getting awfully close to the record coldest NFL game temperature of -13 deg. F, set Dec. 31, 1967 at Lambeau Field during “The Ice Bowl”, the NFL Championship game between the Packers and Dallas Cowboys.

The 2nd coldest game was Jan. 10, 1982 at Riverfront Stadium during the AFC Championship game between Cincinnati Bengals and San Diego Chargers, at -9 deg. F, so Sundays game might take the #2 spot instead.

The deciding factor will be the timing of how fast the coldest air moves in on Sunday. The air mass is plenty cold enough to break the record, with a Monday high temperature forecast of -14 deg. F.

The top 10 coldest NFL games are listed here. Makes my hands hurt just thinking about it.
