hammerofthor
Different Strings is one of my overall favorites. Contains a great outro solo by Alex, and probably Neil's best ever snare sound.
Todem
Different Strings for me and Tears is also fantastic. Panacea is a good song. Madrigal is just downright dreadful and for my ears one of the lowest points of the entire Rush studio catalog. Todem
Different Strings is one of my overall favorites. Contains a great outro solo by Alex, and probably Neil's best ever snare sound. That outro is so tasty......it leaves you begging for just a little more. This is probably one of the most underrated Rush songs in the general population. Only us hardcore fans even know it exists. LOL. Such a beautiful piece of music.
Disk98
I personally enjoy Tears. Didn’t Geddy write those lyrics?

New World Kid
The intro to Before and After would have gotten my vote if it had been listed, but I understand it not being here.
Alien Girl
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SNOui4k82gw http://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/lighter_at_concert.jpg Yup. That would be my vote as well. Oh, what, that wasn't a choice? For slow songs '73-'80?! Too f***ing bad.
EagleMoon
Different Strings and Tears are at the top for me but the other two certainly aren't bad.
New_World_Man
You forgot Rivendell which has to be the sleepiest Rush song ever(even sleepier than Panacea). Anyway, I voted for DS.
