  1. Their donation to the Gord Downie Foundation in November 2016 make so much more sense now... http://www.rush.com/...ft6a4HcGx7NS4Jc
  2. Pretty sure it was from the time they were racing the "Lemon Slug". http://www.neilpeart...and-lemon-slug/ edit.... double checked & yup, same engine.
  3. I have been hash tagging Anthem every time I see one. " Vultures... #AnthemEntertainment"
  4. No One At The Bridge.... goosebumps.
  5. The DVDA of Porcupine Tree's "Stupid Dream" is the best sounding shiny disc I've heard. Not their best album, just incredible clarity, frequency range & response.
  6. LOL.... Or Here Again... Not a ballad but I do remember trying to get away with this one at few school dances. ;-) Take Care
  7. I don't believe Making Memories was played at the COS show I saw but definitely played at the Rush / Fly By Night headliner they did previous. In fact ALL of FBN was played except for Rivendell.
  8. Not true.... I was at Massey Hall when they headlined on the COS tour and they most definitely played PARTS of The Fountain in a weird kind of medley with The Necromancer. The parts they played were even in a different order than the album version but it WAS played. Take Care This is a great reveal. That bogus set list from this show shouldn't have fooled anyone but an eye witness account finally! Thanks for sharing LOL... No problem! This topic seems to come up a couple times a year and I usually respond with the same answer. I can't really comment on the rest of the set list as it WAS 40 years ago and I was only 15 years old at the time but definitely remember them playing the "new" stuff... I saw Steven Wilson at Massey Hall last week and it was very cool to look around the room and pick out the exact seats I had all those years ago for the Rush / Fly By Night show, the COS show and the two nights of 2112 / ATWAS recording. I just love that place and hope like hell they decide to do an extended set of shows there.
  9. I was at the Massey Hall show in question and while true, The Fountain was not played IN IT'S ENTIRETY, parts of it were played in a different order than the album version. They headlined this show (with Joe Mendelson's Mainline opening) so there WAS time to fit it in. This is the first setlist I've seen that correctly states that Bastille Day was the opener that evening (and continued to be the opener for the next few tours as well). Take Care

  11. Make sure your PS-3 has the latest firmware update installed....
  12. I know I received the Red covered (Moon) record for my birthday in February of 1974. It was my second copy! The first one I was lucky enough to get didn't even HAVE a cover, just a paper sleeve. Take Care
  13. Different Strings.... ya gotta turn it up loud!
  14. Saw "Royal Blood" open for the Foo Fighters, bought their CD, Very interesting...
  15. My first copy of the first album was the red label moon records version. I was 14 years old and it was my prized possession. It was quickly worn out by some very crappy turntables back in those days and unceremoniously replaced by the "new" pink labelled version. I have owned at least 4 vinyl an 8 track a couple of cassettes and 2 CD's. (and of course the deluxe re-issue)
