An excellent 50 minute album would be a brilliant 40 minute albums minus "Tai Shan" and "High Water". They would have made good b-sides! Yep yep. Oddly I like Tai Shan a bit better than High Water. At least Tai Shan has the guts to sound totally different, even if that means sounding like spa music. High Water just feels like the non spa version of Tai Shan, with a slightly less sticky hooks. Everything from Force Ten through Turn The Page is great though. I still probably wouldn't rank it over any of the prior 80s albums were the last two songs cut, though, but that's just how great they were in the 80s. 1
