KillSwitch Engage- As Daylight Dies

I still can't get over how flawless KsE albums sound. Stunning clarity, and the production is both punchy and smooth enough to carry the moments of beauty fully.

Queensryche-  Operation: Mindcrime

I saw this and Empire on sale in the record store near me today at a discount price. Took a risk, I've tried them before and at that time they weren't for me.

Well, count be lucky! Today I am spinning this and I'm honestly impressed by it! Loving the melodies, the music, the lyrics...It sounds way ahead of its time.

Fans tend to dislike what came after the first three, but honestly I love pretty all they have done (saying that, the latest didn't impress me much. Meh, will replay soon).

Electric Light Orchestra- Electric Light Orchestra

I underrate this band. Beautiful debut. I think it had a different title in the US.

Yeah you should. If you can start from the early stuff and go through the albums chronologically.

i'll go for this, i've been wanting to give them another try for a while now (didn't dislike them when i listened to them years back, they just didn't capture me like other prog rock groups did)

i heard their first album is very blues and then shortly after that they go wild. looking forward to a passion play. i also remember thinking "songs from the wood" was their coolest album

Pearl Jam- Yield

In my humble opinion, Pearl Jam have a near faultless discography. I love this album to death.

I'm the same way with Lightning Bolt.  That was the first time I was truly let down by a Pearl Jam album.
