Everybody ready for the Liverpool game? With a quite possible Atalanta win, the Reds can't afford to slip up tonight. :codger:

I am fearing a disaster!

Madrid style!

Yeah, that game against Borussia Moenchengladbach next week will be for all the marbles.

Madrid always squeak through somehow, don`t they? But then they don`t lose to Alaves often either. Courtois isn`t doing quite the job they had hoped for.

Shocking mistake by Onana. :gumby: Liverpool up!

Liverpool advances to the knockout stage. Onana made up for his error later on in the second half, but his behavior on the scoring play matched his haircut. :NP:

I am massively relieved! Signs were not good in the first half. Liverpool I thought struggled against a decent Ajax team.

Much better second half, and yes, a gifted goal. But job done.

Perhaps although I think the team are just a bit flat at the moment.

When you look at the list of missing players, it's understandable.

German coach Peter Hyballa is announced as the new Wisla manager. We're going the Liverpool route. :smoke:

Or the Huddersfield, Norwich route :bitchslap:

But he looks a little like Klopp, minus the glasses.

Probably not. I`ve got a few years of hair left to ponder my options... a good old fashioned knotted hankie maybe :gumby: Edited by IbanezJem

Evidently Giroud already went to Curry's. Four goals at Sevilla? The man I called a passenger on the French team at the last World Cup?

Well, I`m sure we`ve all had run-ins with Deschamp about squad selection. I know I have.

In case anybody's interested, it'll be Spain vs Italy and Belgium vs France in the Nations League semifinals.

Should be worth watching!
