Entre_Perpetuo
Jarg, I'm not going to "Edit", and don't need to "Edit" what I posted, can scroll up to read as it hasn't ever been hard to read anything. You've been another person, who doesn't seem to wanting to take the time to do some things properly on a public forum, and don't seem to care what some people have to say, unless, it does agree, with your own opinion. I can start going around by doing somethings you've done, and did, too. Just keep on talking like that, especially on a public forum, and let's see how much farther you will get on it. Maybe, you'll get your posting privileges removed. Any guitarist doesn't have to be any type of good, and great. As long as they are guitarists, it hasn't made, and doesn't make any difference. I feel personally that your posts are hard to understand because of the way you write them. I think many others here feel the same way. That's not such a humongous issue in itself, but you tend to be very picky with the rest of the forum members about how we use the forum, even though you are a rather new member. It comes off as condescending and mean spirited, especially at times when the member you're being picky with was just making a joke. This forum isn't a super-serious intellectual endeavor, it's just a place online for people to discuss their opinions and share information. You would probably have a lot better of a time on here if you made an effort not to take everything so seriously. This all probably sounds very mean of me to say, but I only want for you to get along with the rest of the community better.

Rick N. I'm going to also have to insist you explain what you mean here. :bump: Derek? Who are you talking to when you tell someone to concentrate on their son, and what are you talking about? Derek19
Lorraine, since you did ask that question to anyone, and anybody, the musician, and artist, who is playing a stringed instrument on "Traffic's - Paper Sun" is "Dave Mason". You're welcome. Edited October 3, 2019 by Derek19

1-0-0-1-0-0-1
Even though there are, and have been some people, who have picked Edward Van Halen as the greatest guitar player, the thread shouldn't, and doesn't need to get locked, and closed because of it. I'm sure there are some more, and other people around, who would pick other guitarists as the greatest. If the certain person, who posted something like that didn't think of this, and hasn't done it, he should start worrying, focusing, and concentrating on his son, and not what other people have said on a public forum. Earl, having the voter's option wouldn't make a difference because it wouldn't be accurate, they can change their minds, and not all people, whom come on this website would vote. You haven't, and can't, write a complete sentence in, or around, English. Futhermore, you do, and always, display a lack of a sense of humor, and amusement. You have been, and were, asked if English is your first language. You didn't, and haven't, answered that. What is the answer, and response? If the certain person, who posted something like that didn't think of this, and hasn't done it, he should start worrying, focusing, and concentrating on his son, and not what other people have said on a public forum. . I'm going to also have to insist you explain what you mean here. Derek, please answer Rick's questions. In fact, as board administrator, I insist.

Insist????? :o Yeah, I think if you tell someone to concentrate on their son, you need to have a good explanation for that. Rick, I'd like to address this. I did not read Dereck's post carefully the first time as I rarely can figure out just what he's saying. When I saw "his son," I assumed (wrongly) he was referring to Eddie and Wolfgang. Upon going back to read the entire post again, I see he is talking about you. I don't even know whether you have a son or not, but for anyone to post something like that, is nothing but creepy. I'm surprised you consider Richie Sambora a good guitar player. No one ever really mentions him. I wanted to give Sambora a little love. He is very underrated. His two solo albums are good, but for my ears the first three Bon Jovi records ROCK!!!
