No. Even Christians claim to have free will. But god already knows what they'll choose so their free will is a mirage.

There are many denominations. They don't all believe that. Since he chose not to decide I would lean agnostic to the op question.

It never really seem to hit me that it had an atheist meaning. It's just about making your choices on your own, trying to get away from influences that hold us back, and doing whatever you want. So, nope, not to me.
