It's a toss up between Power Windows and Counterparts for me.

Power Windows I view as the pinnacle of the synth era and then Counterparts is basically the start of a new hard rock era after a few average sucky albums.

It's a real tossup for me. I just went through all the albums and counted how many songs I like off of each album and pretty much each album had at least five or six but none went over six.

Hold Your Fire by an inch over Power Windows. GUP would be next followed by clockwork, snakes, VT, and Presto in that order. They can keep Roll the Bones

Five or six is pretty high. Most albums after Signals I can only find three tops that I really like.

Oh really? That's interesting.

For me Clockwork Angels.

Heartbreaking to think that such a strong studio album will be the last.

Who knows what could have been.
