HemiBeers
They're done per press releases today. http://www.inquisitr.com/2339890/pink-floyd-officially-breaks-up-it-has-run-its-course-we-are-done-video/ Feeling...meh. It's been 25+ years since they've done anything noteworthy to me.

Ancient Ways
I did see them sans waters in 87 but even then if really wasn't the same. Seems like the final cut was the real end and I'm a bigger Gilmour fan than waters.

satchmothesnowdog
When I go see Gilmour in Chicago next spring, he'll play enough Floyd to make me think otherwise, so pfft. :) Edited August 16, 2015 by satchmothesnowdog
djflex
When I go see Gilmour in Chicago next spring, he'll play enough Floyd to make me think otherwise, so pfft. :) Gilmour announced a tour? Or just a hopeful post?
Digital Dad
When Lapse came out I really did not have a thing about what was Floyd and what was not. I had already digested the Wall at that point and was aware they did go off and do solo work. But that was about it and I loved that album. I still listen to it (Side 2 ftw) but the glean has worn off simply because I have digested so much Floyd over the years. Division Bell didnt even register for me and never really got into it. So Floyd as a creative entity ceased in my estimation at that point.

edm2112
Really wish Gilmour would add a few more dates. I'd pay good money to see Mason and Gilmour tour together...Not under the Pink Floyd name of course...but in recent interviews Nick has said he'd be more than happy to start touring and playing that music. Still pretty excited about the new Gilmour album...I'll take one of those over a Waters solo album any day.

I'm glad it exists and it is a beautiful package but musically there's not really a whole lot to offer.
The Cat 3
I believe they will do something for the 50th anniversary two years from now. Even if it is just a one off show. Waters has really mellowed, so I think it would be up to Gilmour. Time will tell.

However I think there's a better chance of seeing the Redskins winning the Super bowl next season than Gilmour and Waters ever performing on the stage together,i believe!!! Digital Dad
I think next to nothing will stop Roger Waters from going out in touring most of Floyd's material on his own. When I'm really holding out for his complete live version of Amused to Death with some extra Floyd material at the end of the show as an encore.
