When i put up my documentary, know that it was done with love and affection for my friends here at TRF, and of course, for the men who've recorded the soundtrack of our lives. I met a guy named Jigga tonight. Let's see...this tour...top names of people I've met--Goose, Jimi Hendrix and her daughter NASA...and from America's Most Wanted--Jigga. Yeah, he was straight outta Compton. That's quite a shout out, TM! toymaker Posted August 3, 2015 Share Posted August 3, 2015 (edited) I'm still buzzing from the show. I was 25th row, Geddy's side. Sound was LOUD and crisp. Incredible excitement in the air. CTTH was an amazing moment. Almost everyone within the first 15 rows (floor and sides) held up LED "candles" and lighted "Starman" sticks. I recall Alex being taken a back by it. I teared up! Anyone know who arranged those fan lights and sticks? Also, at the end, one of the cameras showed some peeps in the front row holding up one word each, making the sentence "YOUR MUSIC CHANGED OUR LIVES FOREVER" It was incredible! I told myself that if Neil came forward at the end instead of high tailing it off the stage, then we would know for certain whether this is the end or not. I had hoped Geddy would have said more, even if it had only been: We don't know what our future holds, but maybe we will see you again sometime! Thank you from all of us to all of you! Goodnight!! We were given explicit instructions to not turn them on until CTTH since they had very short lasting batteries. Brought mine home as a souvenir! So, Geddy was still the last one to walk off the stage? Did he say anything different? Were there ANY indications during the show that this was it? Did any one of them seem to get emotional? Sorry for all the questions, but I would think that no matter how they might be relieved of the burden, it still is an end of an era for them in many ways, and Alex is supposed to be the most emotional of all of them.
