blueschica
KC - 'Our BBQ is Better' Symbol: Giant Coconut (?)Giant coconut?!? Is Bob Denver from KC or something? It is a giant ball of twine, my crazy parents drove out of their way to see it once on a road trip to Denver, otherwise I would not have recognized it! I'm thinking there is a joke about it in the original Natl. Lampoon Vacation movie, too; I haven't seen that in awhile. I guess we will find out tomorrow....Technically, they never were in Kansas on this tour... Yes, but KCMO (Especially the P&L District where the arena is) is very close to Kansas.... Seems to me that they would take a little artistic license (Like with the Twin Cities, even though they only played one).....

Cygnus 2112
Yep, us Jerseyians have to rely on the guys at the gas station to pump our gas for us. ;) Is it because they can charge more for it that way? not at all, gas is actually pretty cheap in nj The reason why I asked is that usually gas at the pumps where they pump it for you is more expensive.I believe they have people that pump gas for you as a way to create more jobs within the state. That would've been better for KC. How about "Hello Denver! Let's Get Rocky Mountain High!" Yep, I made my mind up a long time ago that it would be a pot joke, to the point where I'd be shocked if it was anything else. I've also got my money on the creepy blue horse at the airport making an appearance. Only about 20 more hours until I find out! http://vigilantcitizen.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/11/devilhorse.jpg Edited July 11, 2015 by analog guy

We lived in Salt Lake for a little while and it was a big road trip thing for people to drive out and see this, don't ask me why!!?? There was an urban rumor that it cast some kind of weird shadow of a huge alien at the spring and fall equinoxes. We saw it in mid summer so I can't verify! :P http://i425.photobucket.com/albums/pp338/plantfan40/1.jpg Edited July 14, 2015 by blueschica
