I don't even care if Bruce Springsteen retires yesterday.

This band is totally blowing me away like NO OTHER BAND since I first discovered Lacuna Coil/Nightwish/HIM/Within Temptation/The Cure all in one afternoon back in 2005.

Aside from maybe Jimmy Eat World back in 2010...

These Walls is a really good song. I wouldn't rank it anywhere close to my top DT songs. Surprisingly, the song wasn't played too often on the Octavarium tour. It became a regular on the Dramatic Turn tour though.

It's my obsession!

Seriously for years I have been trying, TRYING to click with this band.

Sorry...none of the recommendations or classics did it for me. Once again I like the deeper cuts more than the big hits.

Well, Pull Me Under was their only big hit anyways.

Most fans like what the band does, both new and old. It's not like there's a bunch of people who go to their shows to only hear stuff off Images and Words. Unlike the thousands of idiots who go to see Rush and only know Tom Sawyer and The Spirit Of Radio.

Yes that much is clear, DT could play just about anything out of their catalog and the crowd will go nuts.

All I ever hear on any forum is "Images, Awake, Scenes...don't like them don't bother".

Well...I didn't really...not for a while.

"Octavarium sucks...recent DT blows..."

Oh go burn in the belly of dead horse I hate you all.

I FOUND MY DT MOJO AND YOU WERE ALL WRONG MWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!*

Aight, Repentance went nowhere for a really long time...clonk.

Prophets of War, am I listening to Take A Bow right now?

Yea repentance sucks

Mick

If you make a playlist of the 12 step suite then Repentance is fine.

The Glass Prison

This Dying Soul

The Root Of All Evil

Repentance

The Shattered Fortress

It sounds much better this way. It's not as good of a stand alone song as the others in the story.

Not a chance for me. The self titled and Black Clouds kick the shit out of it so far IMO, but I still haven't listened to ITPOE.2 yet.

Only one I've heard off of Train of Thought thus far is As I Am, and that song is some pure Black Label Society metal right there.
