Today is the first day of my new job!

I have been working in a supermarket these past few weeks part time and volunteering one day a week at the local college, helping students when they have a problem. One of the girls at the college left and I decided to go for the opening and got the job!

My first fulltime employment in about 8 years! :o

I will be a Learning Assistant. I'm not a teacher as our courses - maths, English and IT - are on the computer. I will be doing the things I was doing as a volunteer and dealing with the admin.

Bit nervous!

Thanks again guys!!

I'm starting to settle. There's lots of procedures to learn. One of my colleagues says it will take several months to learn everthing...
