Black text on purple is SO HARD to read, I looked all over to change the skin and can't find, the blue skin I had was easy to read, if it is hard to read I move on and there is not a post that is easy to read. default/facepalm.gif

 

That is the main reason I never go to Counterparts, besides this place was way better then that, was..

To change the skin, go to the bottom left of any page and you'lll see a link called Change Theme. Click it, then simply choose an option.

 

The one called Blue & Grey has white instead of grey right now, but that will change in the next couple days.

Where is the option for the blue skin? I clicked on Change Theme on the bottom of the page but the only other option is the mobile skin.

 

There's a skin called Blue & Grey there. There's no grey in it yet, though.

If you hover over a name, it shows you what thread that person is in. Also, when that person is actively responding to a thread, their name goes to italics.

I think, once we fix the smiley/link/image problems, people will start noticing the new features (like the one you just mentioned) and take a liking to the new place. And, when I get the Blue & Grey skin finished (changing the white to grey) that will get even more people psyched.

The mobile version seems pretty impressive. Much better than trying to navigate regular site on a 3" screen.

I wondered what that was about. I didn't even notice that it hadn't logged me in...I just panicked when it didn't give me the option to post anything...and then I realised I was still logged out

Is the original skin ever going to come back? Sadly, I find myself coming here a lot less in the last several days because it just doesn't feel like home somehow - if not, I'll surely get used to it. Mind you, it's still the same site and it looks nice, but after years of seeing it the same way, it just feels... odd.
