Well, it says to me that you are a few days older than I am ... trink39.gif

Wasn't it the second to last thing they recorded (I Me Mine being the last)?

it was 50 years ago today, Sgt Pepper taught the band to play.... or something like that...

Oct 1st was the 43rd anniversary of Abbey Road's release in the US.

These things are starting to resonate with me.

Last week it was this and the announcement that Cabrera was the first triple crown winner in 45 years. I was born about 6 weeks after the last one was crowned. scared.gif

Oh well, happy birthday to the start of some of the greatest music ever recorded.

Don't feel bad, I was 11 when Yaz won the last triple crown.

To the greatest band that has ever been, THE BEATLES and the anniversary of the release of their first single. trink39.gif

Thank goodness it happened when it did. The original burst of the '50s rock n rollers had by then pretty much dissipated. The entire British rock revolution of the '60s may never have existed in quite the same way without the Beatles.
