Which live staple do you NOT want played on Tour

Others I don't need to see this time around are Red Sector A, Between the Wheels, and Witch Hunt. (Great songs, but seems like they've gotten lots of play lately.)

I agree that we don't need those again, but I doubt they'll be there anyway.

 

Red Sector A hasn't been played for the last three years. Witch Hunt wasn't played in forever before S&A. Between the Wheels wasn't played forever before R30, and we were spared it last tour.

They didn't play Dreamline on the last two legs. I would love to see it back. Beats hearing Limelight for the millionth time. Dreamline is still one of my fav Rush songs.

I'm hoping for a "greatest hits" medley to knock out several of the songs on that list.

 

It's interesting that so many people are choosing Dreamline. Among my friends in their 30s, that's among their favorite songs. But I recognize that despite its popularity and turning back the tide of a decade decline in popularity, RTB seems not to be a favorite of the hardcore Rush fans.

Plus Dreamline is a million times better live. Limelight is actually a better studio song.

Funny, I like the way he sings it live now.

 

Anyway, I voted for Dreamline. Never "got" the song and all of the other songs are classic staples that I don't mind hearing. I guess the 2nd one after Dreamline would be Closer to the Heart.

"Working Man" has never been a real favorite. Yes, I know it's the song that broke Rush's career open. I really wasn't too fond of the reggae version either.

 

Something wouldn't be right if "Tom Sawyer" got left out. It's just always been there. I think I'd feel a touch uneasy leaving a Rush show without having heard "Tom Sawyer".
