Powderfinger
Whaddaya got? For me, the epics don't really work in the gym setting. 2112, Hemispheres, Natural Science, and Xanadu are among my favorite Rush tunes, but it's the shorter, tighter, quicker-hitting songs that work best for me: Far Cry Spirit of Radio Closer to the Heart Subdivisions Marathon Tom Sawyer Limelight YYZ Bastille Day The Analog Kid New World Man The Enemy Within I don't really like anything longer or more drawn out than, say, Armor & Sword and Working Man for my Rush workout mix. These types of songs work best for me. In fact, I tend to enjoy the more mechanical sounding albums (P/G, Power Windows) and more recent albums (Counterparts, Snakes and Arrows) most when I hear them at the gym. Mika
I walk a lot, and like having these songs blast out: -One Little Victory -Finding My Way -Anthem -Stick it Out -Virtuality -The Enemy Within -New World Man -Digital Man -Bastille Day -Working Man -Far Cry -Time Stand Still I get tired of the 'usual' songs, like Tom Sawyer, The Spirit of Radio, etc., so to keep motivated and interested, I tend to listen to punchy, not-so-common songs. Now that I think of it, 'Marathon' would probably be a good walking song....
Cyclonus X-1
I don't like music to be on while I'm lifting, but I enjoy listening to Counterparts and Vapor Trails when I'm running. I like to have Ghost Rider playing when I set off.
GeddyLeeFender
I have a playlist of every Rush studio album and just shuffle when I workout . To be honest though, Rush isnt my go-to when working out its usually more hip-hop / metal it just gets me more pumped up. Plus, I listen to Rush every day so its hard to get excited about the music

invisible airwave
Any Rush workout list is not complete without One Little Victory and, just for the lyrics, Stick It Out.
USB Connector
I try to go to the gym 2/3 times per week. Union 5-3992
I usually play Hemispheres when I bike. I time it just right so the final part plays when I finish and I'm walking back to the locker room. I feel like a champ. Usually I put my MP3 player on shuffle and the Rush songs I listen to are usually 80's hits or their heavier stuff.
Rod in Toronto
I once ran a full marathon listening only to Rush...but since then I decided to mix it up a little bit. Khan
All of Signals works well for me. I will listen to the whole thing straight thru while on the elliptical.
drbirdsong
I recently got a version of Vapor Trails that was remastered by a fan and it was so awesome to listen to while jogging. I extended my run a bit so I could listen to the whole thing. It was a nice distraction from the fact that I didn't want to run in the first place and that is what I look for when exercising.
