adace1
Holy Diver was Dio's best album in a lot of people's opinions (including mine) and as a result, his later albums have been very underrated and neglected. Personally, I'm gonna go with The Last in Line as his best post-Holy Diver album. Almost as good as Holy Diver itself IMO.

treeduck
The Last in Line. It's a good follow up to Holy Diver, it's just a little bit weaker overall. But it has some great songs that could have replaced a few songs on it's illustrious predecessor. The title track, Mystery, Egypt, We Rock, I Speed at Night, One Night in the City are all excellent songs and the rest are pretty decent too. It's the most consistently good album after Holy Diver and Campbell was still fully focused and delivering in 1984...
metaldad
Last In Line . I always thought it was better than Holy Diver
Stormtron
Yeah, Last in Line is my favorite anyway, so this is easy. The chains are on!
J2112YYZ
The Last In Line is my favorite followed by Holy Diver. Dream Evil and the very underrated Magica would be my next choices. Still hard to believe that in a few months it will be two years since Dio passed away
Ghost of a Rider
I can't say that they are better than Holy Diver but my favorites are a tossup between Magica and Master of the Moon. My favorite tune is In Dreams. I effing love the riff in that song. That one is followed closely by Otherworld and I Am.
Imaginos
Dream Evil for me (although Last in Line comes close).

Union 5-3992
I think Last in the Line was half filler, half good songs. I voted Magica. It was a brilliant and very heavy concept album. The story wasn't very compelling, but the songs were great. It was hard to choose between that and Dream Evil. Both of them are near perfect in my opinion. Last in the Line shares 4th place with Killing the Dragon. It has some much bigger hits, but I can only name about 3 that I'd listen to over and over. TheAccountant
The Last in Line. I agree that it is a very strong follow up to Holy Diver and almost a match for it. After that I would go for Sacred Heart, Dream Evil and Lock up the Wolves in that order. Not that familiar with his latter stuff. More CD's to pick up one of these days. Rick N. Backer
This is no contest IMO. The Last in Line. After that, much as I love him, Ronnie's solo output went downhill fast. Even Sabbath's Dehumanizer, other than I and Computer God, doesn't do much for me.
