Narps
Captain Phillips......... Kind of a bore fest. I also don't like someone making the attempt to make me feel bad for dead and or captured bad guys.... Yuck

invisible airwave
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/b/b0/Moon_%282008%29_film_poster.jpg Best and most underrated movie of 2009. It's criminal that Sam Rockwell hasn't won an Oscar yet. He may be my new favorite living actor now that PS Hoffman is gone. He should have been nominated for Way Way Back this year. http://i58.tinypic.com/ot3kac.jpg Mike Nelson: He's doing his impression of the millions of boyfriends who had to sit through this movie. :rfl:

alphseeker
For the first time in their lives I took my 8 and 6 year old grandsons to the Lego Movie - It was a major laughfest. My wife warned me you will get absolutely nothing out of the movie. I can now say i've taken my grandchildren to the movies, once.

Babycat
Hobo With A Shotgun. It's good! And it features our very own TRF celebrity Hobo73 as a hobo! :codger:It's one I'd never heard of before, yet it's only been out since 2011! Just saw it on a store shelf, and thought: "What the heck!" Thought it was from the 1970s, from the way the cover and description looked, and I was surprised to see (after I'd Googled it) that it was a recent offering. :o Still, it's a good movie. invisible airwave
Cool As Ice (Rifftrax) http://25.media.tumblr.com/f61336e96dc00912ac95701e2bd49eda/tumblr_mihgz2Sxry1qbew8vo1_400.gif Seriously, though, this is now one of my top 5 so bad it's funny/good movies of all time. Nice time warp back to the early 90s. :rush: The new one with Thor, not the one with Patric and Jason Leigh. Great screenplay. Opie is an inconsistent director but I always like it when he goes outside his blockbuster and star studded comfort zone like Frost/Nixon for example.
