I like a lot of fish. in fact, I would love for all of you to be able to visit a place in St. Petersburg called Ted Peters. Their smoked fish is amazing. I love the Mullet and the Mackarel. This is very true...I'm very picky about what I choose for a cut of meat. I like a filet mignon, very difficult to overcook because they're cut so thick.
