Lost In Xanadu
I saw a thread about songs that made them cry and stuff, and listening to songs like Afterimage and The Pass do make me sad, but what about happy? And don't feel like you have to stick to only Rush. For me: Red Barchetta always makes me think about a road trip I took in college. Changes in Attitudes / Changes in Lattitudes (Jimmy Buffett) Reminds me of the family vacations to warmer locations Brown Eyed Girl (Van Morrison) makes me think of my wife Always With You / Always With Me (Joe Satriani) makes me think of my kids. They both loved that song when they were little and my son even called it "The Happy Song" Dreams (Van Halen) Always follow them, never let them die

Ted Barchetta
When it comes to Rush songs; Kid Gloves always puts a smile on my face, I don't really know why. So does Red Barchetta. A good bit of Yes' discography generally fills me with a sense of joy and love; it's all so positive and uplifting.

Awaken Available Light reminds me of a long hike I took in the woods a couple years back while listening to the Presto album. It was in the middle of autumn, during which New England is absolutely beautiful. Presto is my autumn album
