Hello :)

YaYa, I love doing this pose. It does calm you down. I need to do Yoga as I've told you before. I really do the sun salutation every morning. Although, we both know it doesn't have to be the morning. Yoga sure helps anxiety and lot's of things we need....

I wish I could go to class with you. Like you, I do need to go to class. It's just more soothing, etc., you know what I mean.

Miss ya!

xoxo

btw...looking as beautiful as ever!

DAYLIN!!! :rose:

Ya, I think your toes and my daughters toes are very much alike. My daughter can make a fist with hers. I think long toes are pretty. :)

Haha! Yes my "finger toes" ... I'm actually able to abduct my toes which is pretty rare. I'm a natural climber, can pick things up with my feet and have amazing balance on tip toes. :)

That's good to know :;):

Awesome!

I love a good hike. I try to go on them at least weekly. :)

There's nothing like a good hillwalk. I prefer the scottish highland, a landscape where you can dream. :D

It was such a huge relief from being in the Red River Valley. This is what the area surrounding my university is like:

The parts of Iowa that I have been in have tons of rolling hills. Kansas and Nebraska on the other hand.

I didn't know all parts of Iowa. I crossed the country from Chicago to Omaha and it was ________. The highest point I remember was the water tower of De Soto. :D

Yeah, and we're a lot colder than Iowa.... This is a typical December/January/February/March day in the town I live in:

Along with beautiful nature hikes I also enjoy being out on the water. Me on Kootenay Lake on the way to Nelson BC :)

You're going to make me cry. She was so tiny but definitely a fighter and certainly a cutie. :hug2:

Moi, yesterday, looking FABULOUS in my King's X hat. My pensive look is due to a motherbanger of a hill just around the corner.

Does the green jersey signify that you won the previous day's stage, or just that it's puke green to distinguish a heavy drinker might unload at any moment so keep your distance?
