National Football League - 2009

Well here we are again, on the brink of a new season.

With the 3rd pre. season game played, all that's left is to cut down to the league max. # of players and try to get the 'kinks' worked out.

Unfortunately, the Panthers have looked crappy to close to crappy so far.

Steve Smith played last nite, so that was good to see him back.

Still lots of starters banged up, but hopefully two weeks will see them healthy.

is the scoreboard in the way? why is it a problem - from the sketches I thought it was neat...

It's five feet above league specifications. With that said, it needs to be raised another 15 to 20 feet at the NFL's expense.

A. Why does it have to be moved up Im missing something..

B. Why the f-ck should the league have to pay for that?

C. Make Bum Jr. do it himself with ropes and pullies.

That is all.

That is all.

1) The scoreboard needs to be raised because balls are punted into it.

2) If the league wants it moved, then let them pay for it because the height meets, and exceeds, league standards.

3) Bum Jr. needs to stick with fishing and eating guacamole burgers.

That is all..........

It should've been accounted for but wasn't. When I saw the dimensions for the first time, I remember thinking that the video screen was too low. I bet it will be raised at some point.

Nice shot on that dump in Tampa Bay laugh.gif

ps

U2 is going to play at Texas Stadium in October and they are going to pay to have the score board raised. That's what I'm told. Anyway, plan on it being raised sometime this fall.

You mean my crack about the Velour House of Fun a.k.a. Tropicana Field? smile.gif With all due respect to my Rays fans friends here, that ballpark between the catwalks, the velour-looking field and those annoying cowbells is just f-ing rediculous. laugh.gif
