Jack Aubrey
I found this for a ridiculously low price on Saturday and couldn't pass it up! http://images.barnesandnoble.com/images/10280000/10288554.jpg I've watched everything but 'Temple of Doom'. I've got to admit that I don't like that one very much. Still, it's nice to own the others.

I agree that the 2nd one is the weak link BUT it's still watchable. Btw, how much is 'ridiculously low price'? A nickel? Seriously though, since I rarely make it back stateside, I don't really know what current prices/sale prices are on things.

The last time I saw it in a store it was going for about $50.00.

Territorial_Game
Got a Mel Brooks box set with a coupon and gift cards. It has 9 movies, only 1 of which (Blazing Saddles) I already owned. It's an AWESOME collection. I really love History of the World Pt. 1.

Mustard Death
Well I was gonna buy "M", but all Borders had was the Criterion edition, which was like $40... and I just can't afford that. So I guess it'll be a rental for now. Is it cool to post rentals (they are temporary acquisitions, after all) in this thread?
1-0-0-1-0-0-1
I recently picked up the new extended version of "Crimson Tide" for $14.95 at Best Buy. All new transfer and extra features.

Well, it is technically supposed to be for DVDs you've actually bought, but I'm not going to be a hardass about it.

closer2heart
The Office seasons 1, 2 and three Dwight is nuts, Michael is pathetic, and the Jim/Pam thing is totally up my alley. Favorite episode, Drug Testing....Dwight finds a Joint in the parking lot at work.

pedro2112
I, too, bought the Indiana Jones Series. My 2001 special edition came last month along with my 4 disc edition of Blade Runner. However, my blu-ray version of Rattittoulie is my favorite recent purchase!
