priest_of_syrinx
Snakes and Arrows is the best Rush album for sure.... But I don't know if it's the best album ever... I haven't heard enough music to decide! There are a few very good ones that do compare to it (The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway, Fear of a Blank Planet, etc.)
Mustard Death
QUOTE (priest_of_syrinx @ May 22 2007, 06:55 PM) Snakes and Arrows is the best Rush album for sure.... Wait, what?
blackmoreguitar
Hi New to this forum. I first saw Rush on the Farewell to Kings tour, at Leicester, and have seen them around seven times in total. I have tickets for Birmingham, and for Helsinki. In my opinion Snakes and Arrows is superb.......how can anyone say which is the 'best' Rush album? but this is currently my favourite. I love it to bits.......

Ffej Sector A
Anyone ever hear of a little band called The Beatles? They made some pretty good albums.
snafu jazzfest
Hi, newbie here. What would be required for the best album of all time? Rhetorical question. But Snakes & Arrows is a quality recording from a band who may change style, theme, tempo etc, but never attempt anything but their best. Even on the Rush tracks I don't like, I always feel that a lot of effort has gone in, and that alone makes them worthwhile. Even The Speed Of Love OK, Sermon over
