P!nk- I'm Not Dead

I really forgot about P!nk. She's one of the best pop stars of all time. Her music, videos, her legendary live shows...she's one of a kind has exceptional range vocally and musically.

How did you find it?

I have my issues. I both love and loathe the album. I also appreciate the fact I love that I loathe aspects of it.

I liked it! I don’t think quite as well as Speak Now. Probably on par with Red, but I liked the sound of it especially. The brightness and optimism across a lot of it really helped cheer me up when I needed it.

She said she was dealing with alcoholism at the time, as well as post-major Heartache.

I think it's an honest album, not one I enjoy. Like Midnights, people seem to really connect to it which is wonderful. I actually really relate to it which is part of why it's not a fave. It's a bit...too honest 🤣

Mmmm yeah that’ll do it. I dunno, I connected with parts of it and not with others. I really liked a lot in the back half of the album.

Did you listen to the main album alone or the entire anthology? The anthology section has some excellent material. So High School, Robin, I Hate It Here, Black Dog...love it.

P!nk- Try This

Outstanding pop with a true hard rock/punk edge. It flopped, the mainstream sucked.

P!nk- The Truth About Love

This was a smash. A wonderful album.

Just the main album so far. I’ll listen through the bonus tracks on my next go round.

Treat the bonus as a separate album. I low-key prefer it

Judas Priest - British Steel

Highs aren’t as high as Back In Black, but I find it more consistent, and I’m also just in a Priest mood today.

Neil Young - Zuma

My favorite album from Neil and Crazy Horse

Well I was gonna continue my Priest binge at home tonight, but instead I wound up on the phone dealing with stuff for a while, and I needed this instead:

Twenty One Pilots - Clancy

This is my favorite album of the year and my favorite album from them. Trench is a close second.
