three of the best singer/songwriter albums ever.

Mick

I really enjoy a lot of King but ffs that ONE album just shines brighter than almost anything else ever. I never seem to move to the other albums I like, I just replay Tapestry.

Absolutely! When I finally clicked with Anthrax, they immediately became a fave. Plan to start collecting them soon, now that my Pearl Jam and Testament collections are nearly complete.

yea she made no bad albums.......BUT none were as warm tuneful and melodic and even soulful as Tapestry was.  it was truly just a singular moment where all her powers aligned.

Definitely. Swift and Adele can only hope they have an album to age like this one has. Folklore might...we will see.

I'm guessing that this is a bootleg? Where did you find it?

I downloaded it from somewhere, I haven't got the actual CD version but that artwork came with it. It's very high quality actually and loud, worth getting if you can.

Gordon Lightfoot-Sundown.

The start of my fav trilogy of albums of his.  Sundown, Cold on the Shoulder, Summertime Dream.

the mid to late 70's polish that happens to all singer/songwriters happens here but it works on him.
