I see I'm not the only one who loved Kiss when they were young!
My first album was Rock & Roll Over

The first album I bought was Kiss Alive I
http://www.thebowl.biz/temp/alive.jpg

And the madness began!!

I'm such a big Kiss fan. I like the originals, the heyday stuff, the not so heyday stuff, the 80's metal years, through to Psycho Circus.

One of their all time best is Carnival Of Souls. Eric Singer on drums. AWESOME!!

Wow...I would have to have been 10 or 11...Well, I started out listening to my parents' Beatles CDs...then I got into the Stones through my dad's vinyl collection...know what? I bought Beggars' Banquet and Let it Bleed at the same time, in 2001. Still have both in my collection.

Three years ago.

I remember that I got $6.66 back in change. 1022.gif

Before that it was my dad's classical CDs and vinyls.

Interesting, you grew up on classical too? The first 15 years of my life, I would say that classical was the form of music I listened to predominantly, if not exclusivly.

I'm with the other KISS Army folks here. First album I bought was in '77, so I would've been 8 years old:

At the risk of seriously dating myself..........

My first album I owned (received as a gift..was The Beatles - Let It Be)

The first I ever purchased with my own money was....Suitable For Framing - Three Dog Night..

Boy, that WAS a long time ago.....

My first 8-track was pro-nounced Lynyrd Skynyrd followed quickly by Frampton Comes Alive.....- I wore those two out........Rush came about a year later.......

I'm not sure....I started buying tapes before records. I think the first I bought was "If You Can't Stand the Heat" by Status Quo - back in 1978/9. I was 15-ish. blush4.gif
