My stepson's Grandfather makes some excellent crepes.  His family is from France and Germany and he was born in Germany but has lived in the U.S. since he was four.  Every time he makes crepes I eat so many (and so fast) that I get a little sick.

I love apricots and I think that would be perfect for me with my crepes.  He usually uses blueberry or strawberry jam with his.

I love crepes.  They're so easy to make, and are a nice alternative to pancakes.

A toasted bagel, topped with a fried egg, ham, and cheese.  Not bad, but the texture of an English muffin makes this combination so much better.

An avocado, aka "butter fruit".

"Avocados have a unique nutrition profile. They contain lots of fiber and are rich in vitamins and minerals, such as B-vitamins, vitamin K, potassium, copper, vitamin E and vitamin C. The consumption of avocados has been associated with various health benefits, such as decreased risk of cardiovascular disease."

The avocado is a heavy player in my family's rotation.  Even my 2 and 3 year old children love them.  But hey!  They eat raw onions too!
