An extreme case is MLB pitcher Zack Greinke. He has had to take medication for his "disorder". He does not fare well in public, especially when people recognize him and give him such unwanted attention. He is not a "people person" when he's out in public. Judging by his stories, I'd say that Neil Peart is nothing like Greinke.
