Which Rush songs do you think has the deepest or most meaningful lyrics. It doesn't have to be a good song by them, but the lyrics are very meaningful.

Sorry if there is a thread on this, I didn't see one.

I think of

The Pass

Losing it

The Weapon

Red Sector A

Fountain of Lamneth

Thinking of others

The Garden

Emotion Detector

Open Secrets

Mystic Rhythms

Fountain of Lamneth

War Paint (May sound cheesy, but the message is one of Neil's best)

Presto

Heresy

Nobody's Hero

Not to be too literal but...

What would touch me deeper...

Tears that fall from eyes that only cry?

Would it touch you deeper

Than tears that fall from eyes that know why?

So deep I could never touch bottom

What a fool I used to be

Red Lenses and Anagram.

They're so deep that no one can figure out what they're really about...

Well I sure know one thing dude, there's no safe seat at the feast, man :smoke:

Anagram's lyrics have definite religious overtones...it's about...something...

Witch Hunt, Something for Nothing, and Losing It have pretty deep lyrics. The Pass does too.

Lonely things like nights,

I find, end finer with a friend

That second part is pretty clever.
